AI Build Lab Facilitator

Robert doesn't just teach AI. He helps businesses put it to work.

Through his work, he helps professional service firms integrate AI and automation into their daily operations, eliminating repetitive tasks, streamlining workflows and saving teams countless hours of manual work.

Now he's bringing that same practical, results-driven approach to Mortgage X Tech.

Through live demonstrations and guided, hands-on build sprints, Robert will help mortgage professionals create and deploy actual AI-powered tools and workflows tailored to their own business challenges.

The goal: Leave with more than AI knowledge. Leave with something you've actually built that can save you time and improve how you run your business.

Mortgage x Tech: your questions answered.

What is Mortgage x Tech, and where does it take place?

Mortgage x Tech is a series of hands-on AI professional development days for the Canadian mortgage industry, hosted by Adlam Innovations Inc. It takes place November 16–20, 2026 at Millcroft Inn & Spa, 55 John Street, Alton, Ontario. Each day combines morning case studies with an afternoon AI Build Lab.

Can I attend more than one Mortgage x Tech day?

Yes. You may register for one Applied AI day and one Advanced AI day, for a maximum of two days. You cannot register for multiple days within either track.

Which dates are Applied AI and Advanced AI?

Applied AI runs on Monday November 16, Wednesday November 18 and Friday November 20, 2026. Advanced AI runs on Tuesday November 17 and Thursday November 19, 2026. Choose one day per program. These are standalone days, not a sequential course; speakers and programming vary.

Will I build something in both tracks?

Yes. Both Applied AI and Advanced AI include a hands-on afternoon Build Lab. Your starting level and the sophistication of what you build determine the right track.

Which track is right for me?

Applied AI is for brokers already using ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini for everyday work who want to build practical tools and repeatable workflows. Advanced AI is for brokers who have started experimenting with automations, custom tools, agents, connectors, databases or multi-step workflows.

How much are tickets, and is there a group rate?

Mortgage x Tech tickets are $497 + HST per person, per day. Each attendee can register for at most one Applied AI day and one Advanced AI day.

Purchases of 10 or more tickets qualify for $397 + HST per person, per day. For group purchases, please note that you will only be able to pick 1 of each program days per booking. For example, you can book 5 tickets for Applied AI on November 16 and 5 for Advanced AI on November 17. However, you couldn't do another additional 2 tickets for Applied AI on November 18. You would have to submit another reservation.

If you wish to purchase more than 10 tickets and some days are sold out, please make individual purchases for the days you wish to buy tickets for and our team will refund you the difference.

Where do I register?

Individual and group tickets can be purchased through our registration page. Group ticket rates kick-in when you purchase 10 or more tickets automatically.

Where can I book a hotel stay?

Book accommodation directly with Millcroft Inn & Spa by clicking HERE.

Rooms are $209 per night + HST.

We recommend arriving the night before your session because breakfast and registration begin at 6:30 am. Room bookings include access to the hotel spa.

Please note the hotel has a limited number of rooms, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. If the hotel is sold out, please get in touch with our team and we can recommend other hotels in the area where you can book accommodation.
